Spring 2015 Books
Tracks by Robyn Davidson
Book Club Spring 2015
Facilitated by Maureen Phillips, BA’ 84, MA. I experienced that sinking feeling you get when you know you have conned yourself into doing something difficult and there’s no going back.’ So begins Robyn Davidson’s perilous journey across 1,700 miles of hostile Australian desert to the sea with only four camels and a dog for company.
The End of the Affair by Graham Greene
Book Club Spring 2015
Facilitated by Dr. Brian McIlroy, BA, MA, PhD. Originally published in 1951, The End of the Affair was acclaimed by William Faulkner as “for me one of the best, most true and moving novels of my time, in anybody’s language.”
