Accessibility Guide

We strive to make this event as accessible as possible for all participants. At meetings hosted in-person, we will provide distanced seating for immunocompromised and Covid-conscious participants. An online meeting option will also be provided. Eating will be permitted during the meeting in designated areas of the room. For in-person sessions, please refrain from wearing perfumes and scented soaps as they may cause allergic reactions for other attendees. We also encourage participants to wear a mask if it is compatible with your own accessibility needs.

On the day of the event, signage will be posted around the building indicating the location of the event.

For questions and access needs for the event, please contact Allan Cho (allan.cho@ubc.ca) or McKenzie Will (mckenzie.will@ubc.ca)
