The City of Vancouver Archives has completed its digitization of City of Vancouver Heritage Inventory Photographs Digitization Project. The project digitized over 8,200 photographs taken by the City of Vancouver Planning Department between 1964 and 1977 as part of heritage inventories. The photographs document the condition of the buildings in those years, and, in many cases, document buildings that have since been either demolished or substantially altered.
The digitization of the City of Vancouver Heritage Inventory Photographs Digitization Project was digitized with support from the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre through its BC History Digitization Program.
