The School of Kinesiology Cooperative Education Employer Forum is an opportunity for the students of KIN Co-op (and prospective KIN Co-op students) to learn directly from a panel of employers within the field of Kinesiology. During the forum employers are each provided a block of time to describe their personal journey to becoming an employer in the field of kinesiology, as well what they feel to be strengths and weaknesses of the potential candidates who apply to their organization. Following the conclusion of each employers presentation, students are provided the opportunity to ask employers direct questions specific to their own personal development as a budding kinesiologist. For example, what specific skills or experiences they are looking for in the potential applicants to their organization.
